Shipping & Inspection

This product ships directly from the manufacturer or authorized supplier and may arrive via parcel or freight delivery.

  Please inspect all items immediately upon delivery

  Do not install or assemble until the product has been fully inspected

  For freight deliveries, visible damage should be noted with the carrier or refused if possible
  

Damage on Arrival

If your item arrives damaged:

  Damage must be reported within 5 calendar days of delivery
  
• 
  Photos of the product and packaging are required
  
• 
  Do not use or install the product if damage is reported
  
• 
  Keep all original packaging and materials
  

Available resolutions may include:

• 
  Replacement parts
  
• 
  A partial credit to keep the item
  
• 
  Replacement or return (if approved)
  

⚠️ Damage reported after 5 days may not be eligible for replacement, refund, or credit.

Defective Products & Manufacturer Warranty

This product is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, where applicable.

To submit a warranty claim:

  The product must be within the warranty period

  Provide serial numbers (if applicable)
  
• 
  Include photos or videos showing the issue
  
• 
  A brief description of the defect is required
  

Once submitted:

• 
  The manufacturer will review and approve or deny the claim

  Approved claims may result in parts, repair, replacement, or a combination

  Some components may need to be returned for inspection
  

Labor costs, installation costs, and project delays are not covered.

We strongly recommend delaying installation until the product has been fully inspected.
