Shipping policy

Effective Date: July 31, 2025

NovaHaven is operated by NovaHaven Inc., located at 8 The Green, STE R, Dover, DE 19901, United States. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed and delivered within the continental United States.


1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within the continental United States (Lower 48 states) only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, P.O. Boxes, or international addresses.


2. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.


3. Order Cut-Off Time

Orders placed before 4:00 PM EST on a business day begin processing the same day. Orders placed after 4:00 PM EST, on weekends, or holidays begin processing the next business day.


4. Transit Time

After processing, delivery typically takes 5–7 business days depending on destination and carrier. Estimated total delivery time: 6–9 business days.


5. Shipping Costs

We offer free standard shipping within the continental United States. Oversized or freight items may require scheduled delivery. Additional services such as liftgate, inside delivery, or white glove service may incur additional charges if requested.


6. Shipping Methods

Orders may ship via UPS, FedEx, USPS, or LTL Freight Carriers (for oversized items). Freight deliveries are curbside unless otherwise arranged in advance.


7. Shipment Tracking

Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email including tracking number, carrier information, and estimated delivery date.


8. Delivery Issues

Delayed Shipments

If your order exceeds the estimated delivery window, contact support@novahavenliving.com or 740-272-5371.

Marked Delivered but Not Received

If tracking shows delivered but you have not received the package, verify your shipping address, check with neighbors or building management, and contact us for carrier assistance.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, take clear photos of packaging and product and report within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a resolution as appropriate.
