Shipping & Inspection

This product ships directly from the manufacturer or authorized supplier and may arrive via parcel or freight delivery.

  For freight deliveries, visible damage should be noted with the carrier or refused if possible
  

Damage on Arrival

If your item arrives damaged:

  Damage must be reported within 5 calendar days of delivery

  Photos of the product and packaging are required

  Do not use or install the product if damage is reported
  
• 
  Keep all original packaging and materials
  

Available resolutions may include:

  Replacement parts

  A partial credit to keep the item

  Replacement or return (if approved)

Defective Products & Manufacturer Warranty

To submit a warranty claim:
