WARRANTY POLICY — CHICAGO BRICK OVEN

All Chicago Brick Oven products sold through NovaHaven include a One (1) Year Limited Manufacturer Warranty provided by Chicago Brick Oven. The warranty begins from the date the product ships from the manufacturer.

NovaHaven remains your point of contact and will assist by coordinating directly with the manufacturer throughout the warranty process.

Warranty Coverage

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, as determined by the manufacturer. Remedies may include repair, replacement, or other resolution at the manufacturer’s discretion.

Warranty Requirements

To maintain warranty coverage:

• 
  The oven must be installed in accordance with manufacturer installation instructions and local building codes
  
• 
  The oven enclosure or surround must be properly sealed and protected from moisture
  
• 
  Only natural, untreated wood may be used as fuel
  
• 
  Proper curing and normal operating guidelines must be followed
  

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

• 
  Normal wear and tear
  
• 
  Minor hairline cracking in refractory materials (a normal characteristic that does not affect performance)
  
• 
  Damage caused by moisture, improper installation, misuse, over-firing, or unauthorized modifications
  
• 
  Shipping damage not reported at the time of delivery or within the required reporting window

For warranty assistance, please contact NovaHaven Support with your order number and details of the issue. NovaHaven will review the request and work directly with Chicago Brick Oven on your behalf.

Oven Products

Chicago Brick Oven ovens are custom-built, heavy products shipped via freight directly from the manufacturer.

For this reason, oven products are final sale once shipped.

We encourage customers to review product details carefully and contact us with any questions before placing an order to ensure the correct model is selected.

Accessories & Replacement Parts

Cooking accessories and replacement parts may be returned under the following conditions:

  Return request made within 30 days of delivery
  
• 
  Items must be unused and in original packaging
  
• 
  A 15% restocking fee applies
  
• 
  Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  
• 
  Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  

Freight Delivery & Inspection

All ovens ship via professional freight carriers.

At delivery:

  Please inspect the shipment before signing
  
• 
  Any visible damage must be noted on the delivery receipt
  
• 
  Concealed damage must be reported to NovaHaven within 48 hours of delivery
  
• 
  Photos may be required to assist with claims
