Freight Delivery – Curbside Only

This product ships via freight truck delivery and is delivered curbside only. Delivery does not include inside placement, assembly, installation, or removal of packaging.

An adult must be present to accept delivery. Once tracking is issued, any special delivery requests must be coordinated directly with the freight carrier.

Processing & Transit Time

  Order Processing: Orders are prepared for shipment on a scheduled basis. Processing time is separate from transit time and applies to all shipping options.

  The freight carrier will contact you to schedule delivery.

  Weekends & Holidays: Freight shipments do not ship or deliver on weekends or holidays unless special arrangements are made.

  Delays: If an unexpected delay occurs, you will be notified.
  

Required Delivery Inspection (Freight Orders)

Freight shipments are insured, but insurance requires inspection at delivery.

Before signing the delivery receipt:

• 
  Inspect all cartons and pallets for visible or concealed damage
  
• 
  Note any damage, even minor, on the delivery receipt
  
• 
  Take photos of the product and packaging
  
• 
  Keep all packaging materials
  

⚠️ Signing without noting damage may void the ability to file a claim.

All damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Tracking & Shipment Confirmation

Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Tracking information typically activates within 24 hours.

Shipping Costs & Refused Deliveries

  If shipping is included or discounted, actual freight costs will be deducted from any approved refund.

  Refused deliveries or orders canceled after shipment are subject to all outbound and return shipping costs.

Damage, Loss & Claims

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

• 
  Ensure damage is noted on the delivery receipt
  
• 
  Contact the freight carrier to initiate a claim
  
• 
  Notify customer support within 48 hours for assistance
  

All packaging and damaged items must be retained until the claim is resolved.
