Amantii 2-Year Limited Manufacturer Warranty (Parts Only)

Warranty Coverage

This Amantii electric fireplace is backed by a 2-Year Limited Manufacturer Warranty (Parts Only) covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use.

Warranty Term

The warranty period begins on the date of original purchase and remains valid for five (2) years.

What Is Covered

This warranty covers manufacturing defects, electrical and functional components, and parts replacement only.

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover labor, installation, or removal costs. Light bulbs and glass components are excluded (model-specific exclusions may apply). Freight or shipping damage, normal wear and tear, and damage resulting from misuse, abuse, improper installation, incorrect power supply, or unauthorized modifications are not covered. Products that have been repaired or altered by unauthorized service providers are also excluded.

Outdoor Installations

For Panorama models installed outdoors or in moisture-intensive environments, the required stainless steel outdoor cover must be used. Proof of purchase of the outdoor cover is required for warranty eligibility.

Warranty Conditions

This warranty applies to the original purchaser only. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims. The warranty is valid only in the United States and Canada and is non-transferable.

Warranty Service & Remedies

If a covered defect occurs during the warranty period, Amantii may, at its discretion, repair the product, replace the defective part, or refund the original purchase price. Repair, replacement, or refund does not extend or renew the original warranty period.

Dealer-Facilitated Support

NovaHaven facilitates warranty support on behalf of the manufacturer. All warranty claims are subject to manufacturer approval.

Limitation of Liability

Amantii shall not be liable for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages. Liability under this warranty shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product.

Shipping & Returns Policy

Shipping Overview

Due to the size and weight of Amantii fireplaces, all orders are shipped via freight or specialized carriers to ensure safe and secure delivery.

Shipping Coverage Area

We currently ship Amantii products within the United States only. Remote or restricted locations may require additional transit time or may be subject to surcharges.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after order confirmation. Processing times may vary based on product availability and warehouse location.

Transit Time

Estimated transit time is 5–10 business days after dispatch. Transit times are estimates and may vary due to carrier scheduling, weather conditions, or regional factors.

Delivery Method

Freight deliveries are curbside delivery unless otherwise stated. The carrier will contact the customer in advance to schedule a delivery appointment. A signature may be required upon delivery.

Important Delivery Inspection

Customers must inspect the shipment at the time of delivery. Packaging should be checked carefully for visible damage. Any damage must be clearly noted on the delivery receipt before signing. Photos should be taken immediately if damage is observed. Failure to document damage at the time of delivery may affect eligibility for freight claims.

Freight Damage

Freight damage is not covered under the manufacturer warranty. Any freight damage claims must be reported to NovaHaven within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery and must include photographic documentation. NovaHaven will assist with the freight claim process where applicable.

Returns & Cancellations

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before shipment without penalty. Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellations may no longer be possible.

Returns (Buyer’s Remorse)

Returns for buyer’s remorse are not guaranteed and are subject to approval. If approved, the product must be new, unused, and in original packaging. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is required prior to any return. Return requests must be submitted within seven (7) days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and a restocking fee of up to twenty percent (20%) may apply.

Non-Returnable Items

Installed or used products, items with opened or damaged packaging, clearance or special-order items, and products returned without an approved RMA are not eligible for return.

Exchanges

Exchanges may be considered on a case-by-case basis and are subject to product availability and condition at the time of review.
