The CBO-750 Tailgater Mobile Wood-Fired Pizza Oven Trailer brings authentic brick-oven cooking wherever you go. Built by Chicago Brick Oven and mounted on a purpose-built aluminum trailer, this oven combines traditional refractory construction with true mobility for outdoor events, backyard gatherings, and tailgating.

Constructed using Chicago Brick Oven’s proprietary refractory materials, the CBO-750 Tailgater is engineered for high heat retention and consistent performance. The spacious 38" × 28" cooking surface, with a total cooking area of 1,064 square inches, allows you to cook 2–3 ten-inch pizzas at a time and produce up to 50–60 pizzas per hour, making it ideal for entertaining larger groups.

Designed for outdoor residential use, the Tailgater delivers the performance of a traditional brick oven with the convenience of a trailer-mounted system built exclusively for Chicago Brick Oven.
