The CBO-1000 DIY Pizza Oven Kit is Chicago Brick Oven’s largest and most powerful wood-fired oven, designed for high-output residential and commercial applications. With over 2,000 square inches of cooking space, this oven is built to handle large gatherings, events, and continuous cooking while delivering authentic wood-fired performance.
Engineered around Chicago Brick Oven’s proprietary low-dome Neapolitan design and signature FlameRoll®, the CBO-1000 efficiently combines radiant heat, convection, and conduction to cook food evenly and at extreme temperatures. The unique FlameRoll® pulls the flame horizontally across the dome and back down the sides, allowing the oven to reach temperatures in excess of 1,000°F for superior cooking results.
Constructed from high-grade refractory materials containing alumina, silica, and stainless-steel fibers throughout the mixture, the CBO-1000 is built to resist thermal shock, expansion, and cracking. The insulating blanket enhances heat retention, reducing fuel consumption while maintaining consistent temperatures during extended cooking sessions.
This DIY kit is intended for built-in installations and allows you to design a custom enclosure using brick, stone, or other masonry materials to match your outdoor or indoor kitchen aesthetic.
